Susan "Sue" Kay Zwiener

Susan “Grama Suzie” Kay Zwiener, age 73, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Monday, August 17, 2026, after a short illness.

A funeral service for Sue will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie. The visitation will take place from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24, at First Lutheran Church with a Rosary beginning at 3:30 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in Blooming Prairie City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Blossoming Community Foundation, BP Cancer Group, or BP Education Foundation. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home in Blooming Prairie is assisting the family with arrangements.
