Ru served with honor and dedication in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam for 20 years, beginning his service at the age of 18. Following his military career, he worked as a military supplier with the US Army until his well-deserved retirement. Ru Van Le displayed incredible strength and resilience, facing kidney failure for the last 16 years of his life. Despite the challenges, he remained steadfast and determined, cherishing every moment with his family. His enduring strength and love were a testament to his unwavering commitment to be with his loved ones for as long as possible.
A devoted husband to Mao Thi Vu, Ru was a pillar of strength for his eight children, 15 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, all of whom reside in Austin, MN. He led by example, instilling strong values and morals in his family, leaving a lasting legacy of love and unity.
In the community, Ru's impact extended through the businesses established by his children in Austin, MN: Rose Le Nails, La Nails, Theresa’s Nail Salon, and Jenny Le Nails. His dedication to hard work and family values served as the foundation for their success.
Ru Van Le is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a younger brother in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by two sisters, one older and one younger, who sadly passed away in Vietnam.
