Robert "Woody" Gerald Wood

Robert “Woody” Gerald Wood, age 60, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in Austin. Woody was born on June 30, 1965, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Gerald and Jackie Wood. He graduated from Austin High School in 1983. Woody enjoyed being outside, driving around with his dogs and the wind blowing in his hair. He loved being with his family, friends, fast cars, and a little Jager on the side. He was the life of the party and didn’t take life too seriously.

Woody is survived by the love of his life, Kim Wood; children, Alex (Sam Reed) Krachmer, Olivia (Joseph) Skalicky, Miranda (Hector Serrano) Wood, Colby Wood, Kenzie (Tim) Mauntler, and Josh (Jenni) Burton; and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Jackie.

A celebration of Woody’s life will be held at a later date. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
