Michael William Herrian, Sr.

Michael “Mike” William Herrian, Sr., age 68, of Wells, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Parkview Care Center in Wells. Mike was born on April 13, 1958, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to O.W. “Lefty” and Marie (Boedigheimer) Herrian. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis with the class of 1977. Mike was blessed with one son, Michael W. Herrian, Jr., whom he loved more than anything.

Mike is survived by his son, Michael Jr.; sister, Lisa (Rick) Smetana; niece, Dani (Mike) Hatten; nephew, Matt Swanson; and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lefty and Marie Herrian.

Mike’s family would like to extend a special thank you to St. Croix Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to him.

Mike will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, near his mother whom he loved so dearly. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home of Blooming Prairie is assisting the family with arrangements.
