Lynda "Tootsie" Elaine Anderson

Lynda “Tootsie” Elaine Anderson, age 76, of Rochester, Minnesota, and formerly of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at The Emeralds of Faribault. Lynda was born on January 12, 1948, in Austin, Minnesota, to Palmer and Lois (Hanson) Carlson. 

Lynda is survived by her sister, Roxanne (Mark) Diehl of Erie, Pennsylvania; two nieces, Jodie Diehl of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Libby (Steve) Towns of Fairview, Pennsylvania; and great-niece, Charlotte Towns. She was preceded in death by her parents, Palmer and Lois; and brother, Richard Carlson.

The graveside service for Lynda will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.
