Louise "Rita" Brandenburg

Louise “Rita” Brandenburg, age 97, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at St. Mark’s Living in Austin. Rita was born in 1926, to Francesco and Dorina Rossi in Framingham, Massachusetts. She was united in marriage to Donald Brandenburg in Framingham. The couple moved to Austin where Rita was employed with Hormel Foods for 35 years. She was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Rita enjoyed reading, crocheting, and ice skating. 

Rita leaves many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Francesco and Dorina Rossi; and her husband, Donald Brandenburg.
