Linda Gail Summers

Linda G. Summers, age 64, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Sacred Heart Care Center in Austin. Linda Gail Summers was born May 13, 1958, in Owatonna, Minnesota, to Milton and Veronica (Schimanski) Summers. She attended school in Owatonna, Minnesota and lived there during her adult life, then moved to Austin, Minnesota, where she started a 30-year career with Cedar Valley Services. She also enjoyed working for the fair circuit. Linda always had a hard work ethic and children brought her much joy. In her free time, she loved dancing, listening to music - especially Elvis, watching soap operas, and playing BINGO. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her siblings, Barbara Faber of Winona, Minnesota, Mike Summer of Winona, Minnesota, Steven (Joan) Summer of Eveleth, Minnesota, Patricia Summers of Owatonna, Minnesota, Kevin Summer of Owatonna, Minnesota, and Lisa (Shannon) Johnson of Cape Coral, Florida; nieces and nephews, Annette, Jade, and Jace. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Veronica Summers; and brother, Curtis Summer.
