Kimberly Ann Eaker Lang, age 63, of Owatonna, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at her home.
Kimberly was born on March 9, 1963, in Owatonna, Minnesota, to Allen Eaker and Gloria (Swanson) Eaker. She attended Blooming Prairie High School and later earned an Associate of Arts degree from Austin Community College.
On June 1, 1996, Kimberly was united in marriage to Jeffrey Lang aboard a St. Croix River boat. While she married Jeffrey, Kimberly proudly retained her family name and was known as Kimberly Ann Eaker Lang.
Kimberly dedicated more than 35 years of her career to Cybex, where she worked as a Senior Machinist. She was known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence throughout her career.
A member of First Lutheran Church, Kimberly enjoyed going on golf cart rides and side-by-siding with her beloved puppies, as well as visiting with family and friends. She was a social person who truly never met a stranger. Whether she was sharing stories, enjoying conversations, or taking a drive with her pups by her side, Kimberly found joy in connecting with others. She was also an enthusiastic Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed cheering on her favorite team each season.
Kimberly will be remembered for her outgoing personality, kind heart, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey Lang; sister, Diane Eaker; mother-in-law, Eleanor Lang; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dennis and Sue Lang; beloved puppies, Kylee, Kayden, and Kira; aunt, Florence Peterson; many cousins; and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Gloria Eaker; father-in-law, Carol Lang; and her cherished canine companions, Trixy, Tasha, Shania, Molly, and Keisha.
A funeral service for Kimberly will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota. The visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Blooming Prairie City Cemetery. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.
