Jacob Robert Carlson, age 18, of Hayward, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026.
The memorial service for Jacob will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Cornerstone Church in Austin. The visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home in Austin and will continue for one hour prior to the service at church on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Jacob’s name. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
