Harriet L. Greeley, age 82, of Austin, died peacefully on   Saturday, August 4, 2012 at home surrounded by her children and  loving family.                   Harriet was born November 1, 1929 in Austin, Minnesota and grew up  there.  On March 7, 1945 she married John Greeley in  Austin.  John was serving in World War II.  They lived in  Austin, Grand Meadow   and then back to Austin.                   John worked   for Hormel for 44 years and also farmed in Grand Meadow.   Harriet enjoyed most of all being with her   children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great  granddaughter.  She loved rummage sales, the flower garden,  lots of trees, the sound and feel of rain, also old movies, doing  crossword puzzles, reading the newspaper, going for rides around  town and visiting her children.  Harriet also enjoyed  collecting tiny bottles.                 Our mother will be sadly missed and never forgotten.  We love  you Mom with all our hearts!                   Survivors include her seven children, Larry (Donna) Greeley, Albert  Lea, MN, Rita Wyss, Austin, MN, Cindy Greeley, Owatonna, MN, Cathy  Blahnik, Canton, MN, VeNila (Darrell) Bublitz, Caledonia, MN,  Callie (Merlin) Anderson, Lyle, MN, Becky (Barry) Elmore, Tacoma,  WA; 20 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; one great great  granddaughter; brother, Ronald Jorgenson, Rock Island, IL; nieces,  nephews and cousins.                   She is   preceded in death by her husband, John Greeley; parents, Caia and  Martin Jorgenson; brother, Robert; sisters, Ramona and Marilyn;  three grandchildren; one great grandchild.
