Hadlee Jo Maxfield, age 1, of Austin, died Friday, November, 9, 2018 at Mayo Clinic St. Mary’s Hospital. A Memorial service will be held 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Mayer Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the donor’s choice.
