Guy Minnich

Guy Alan Minnich, 56, of Lansing, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on Saturday, July 21, 2018. Guy was born April 22, 1962 to Max and Marlys Minnich in Austin, Minnesota. He loved fishing (especially muskie), hunting, curling, his dogs: Llewellin Setters, playing pool and living life to the fullest. Survivors include his sons, Jonathan and Zachary Minnich, Lakeville, MN; parents, Max and Marlys Minnich, Austin, MN; sisters, Penne (Dennis) Steinhorst, Chatfield, MN, Pam (Bob Barnes) Rochester, MN, Polly (Todd) Eggenberger, Shorewood, MN; brothers, Scott (Jan) Minnich, Owatonna, MN, Eric (Patti) Lindgren, Alexandria, MN; loving partner, Naomi Kissling and her children, Filisa and Tyler; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by infant twin daughters, Andrea and Ashley; daughter, McKinzie; grandparents, John and Edna Minnich, Alvin and Hazel Cooling; many aunts and uncles. A Celebration of Life for Guy will be held 11 am on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dennis Tamke officiating. Friends may call one hour before the service at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor’s choice. Condolences may be left online at www.mayerfh.com
