Gladys was a long time member of Our Father's House in Albert Lea and enjoyed Bible Study and their many other church activities. She was also active on the local and state level in the Women's Christian Temperance Union. Survivors include her daughter, Dana Lillie, Portland, OR; sister, Lois (Ross) Rockwell, Austin; brother, Richard (Evelyn) Jarvis, Austin; son-in-law, Larry Severson, Waseca; grandson, Scott (Kari) Severson, Owatonna; granddaughter, Kelly (Tom) Weis, Hanover; great grandchildren, Tyler Severson, Grant and Mia Weis; many nieces, nephews, and friends for Minnesota to Oregon. She is preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Sandra "Sandie" severson; brothers, Howard "Bud" Jarvis and Harold Jarvis. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Mayer Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour before the service at Mayer Funeral Home on Thursday.
