Dennis Allen Larson

Dennis Allen Larson, age 74, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at The Emeralds at Faribault. Dennis was born January 21, 1951, the son of Lloyd and Effie (Cooley) Larson in Comfrey, Minnesota. He graduated from Austin High School in 1969 and dedicated most of his life to working as a caregiver and handyman. Dennis loved spending time outdoors, whether it was mowing lawns, gardening, or tending to his flowers. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. Dennis found joy in crocheting, painting by number, and participating in art classes at The Cedars. He also enjoyed singing in The Cedars choir and volunteering with Banfield Reading Buddies.

Survivors include his sister, Barbara Pyburn of Park Rapids, Minnesota; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Effie Larson; brother, David Larson; brother-in-law, Ken Pyburn; and nephew, Randy Pyburn.

A private family interment will be held in Grandview Cemetery, Austin. Services are prearranged and performed by Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin.
