David Clyde Oliver

David Clyde Oliver, age 76, of Lake City, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Emeralds Nursing Home in Faribault, Minnesota. He was born May 22, 1947, in Lake City, Minnesota to Clyde and Mildred (Stelling) Oliver.

He is survived by his two sons, Matthew and Patrick, and five grandchildren.

Lord, my divine redeemer, you are the way of truth and life, bring me to the knowledge of your truth. You are the light of the blind, the refuge of sinners, my Savior and our sacrifice. You who gave me your daily bread, have mercy upon all of us.  You know what is in a person and you know what problems surround us. You know all our darkness, all of our weakness, and all our doubts.  Have pity upon us Lord, and let the bright beams of your eternal truth shine clear upon our minds, clear away the clouds of error from our eyes and mercifully teach us your truth and to make us your own. Amen.
