David John Lokker, age 70, of Albert Lea, Minnesota, and formerly of Austin, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at his home. David was born on May 11, 1955, in Brainerd, Minnesota. At the age of five, he was adopted by Kenneth and Lillian (Kindler) Lokker. He graduated from Flayton High School in 1973. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army. After his honorable discharge he worked for the Campbell Soup Company in Worthington, Minnesota and Sather Cookie Company in Round Lake, Minnesota. David was also a professional carpet layer for 15 years, worked as a bodyguard, and did security for WWE. On August 12, 1995, David married Suzanne Marie Holgate at Lighthouse of Hope Church in Austin. The couple was married 23 years until her passing in 2018. David enjoyed motorcycles and wrestling, and loved reading Westerns. He was very proud of his sobriety and being a born-again Christian.
David is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Williamson) Parsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Lillian; wife, Suzanne; and brother, Daniel.
David will be laid to rest with Suzanne at Oakwood Cemetery. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
