Cheryl Ann Mikkelson

Cheryl Ann Mikkelson, age 76, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Sacred Heart in Austin. She was born in Austin to her parents, Viola and Wayne Tabor. Cheryl grew up in a large and loving family with 14 siblings. She married Dwayne, who preceded her in death, and later married Roger. Cheryl worked at the Austin Daily Herald and loved spending time with her family. Family was everything to Cheryl, and she carried that devotion throughout her life.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
