Since 1869, four generations of the Worlein Family
have served as funeral service providers for Southern Minnesota
families. Today, brothers John and Paul Worlein carry on a tradition
of caring service at Austin and Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.
In 1993, our new Austin facility was built with only
one thought in mind – ultimate convenience and functionality for funeral
service. Its park-like location within a stand of ancient oaks is a
statement of tranquility and dignity.
Designed to be warm and comfortable, the chapels,
visitation rooms, foyer and open areas convey a sense of spaciousness
while maintaining intimacy and privacy. The design is the product of
long experience in funeral service and contains such features as ground-level visitation and funeral facilities, a children’s room to occupy
youngsters while their parents visit, spacious parking, and a large
furnished room suitable for post-service receptions or gatherings. Both
the Austin and Blooming Prairie facilities have been recently
redecorated with tasteful, soothing colors and themes.
But fine facilities are only a part of the Worlein
heritage; our greatest asset is our staff of experienced and caring
professionals, dedicated to providing the finest service possible. As
perfection is in the details, you may be assured that they will be with
you as every detail of the funeral service is attended to as well as
assisting and guiding you with the many other responsibilities
that fall to survivors when a loved one dies.
